When it comes to Oct. it rings the bell reminding us to start jumping into the tide of students looking for a future bread provider. It could be a self-rediscovering process for us before choosing a path that we head for perhaps for the coming 60 years, or even life long.

For those who've been “man of the day" "man on campus"-- leaders, achievers, it must be an even more heart breaking process. All the confidence, pride they have doesn't help with those "stupid HRs" to value their shining resumes. All the dreams they had about a bright future, continuing to be a thundering man in the business world where we actualy know nothing about.

Some of these exceptional young talents would ask themselves several questions:
    1. where does my confidence come from?
    2. are these source of confidence trust-worthy?
some might get the answers and find a perfect positioning of themselves and thrive in the new path. some might just lost the way.

I've been meeting a lot of people with the former, those who overcome the fear inside and leap the history. I'm also one of those who fears, panics about challenging themselves to leap the wondeful shining past and jump to a totaly brand new page. As one of the young leaders who've been educated about making a change and be different, i hold the creed tight that "two road diverged in the wood and i, i take the one less traveled by, and that makes all the difference". However,(as all the arguments always turns the tones with) this brings so much feeling of uncertainty which grows to fear. To be honest, i do feel light weight.

Young man, ask yourself those two questions, if you have the guts to take the less traveled road. Just go ahead. What about the past? We leap it! Then we start with no burden.
